Our chef Vittorio provides international dishes linked to art with typical traditional Ladinian dishes. The cuisine is the showpiece of the hotel, supervised directly by the owner, offering a very varied menu to choose from and themed evenings every day. It also offers a large assorted buffet with vegetables, cheeses and cold cuts. Furthermore the delights from the confectionery counter, which is looked after by Mariella, will melt in your mouth!
Breakfast consists of a sweet and savoury buffet with different types of homemade cakes, dietetic products and juices.
On top of this there is a BBQ once a week in our garden with all the traditional products such as polenta, stew, melted cheese, sausages and much more!
